Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries combine fresh ingredients, hulled seeds, and essential vitamins and minerals to offer all the nutrition of pellets, plus all the benefits and fun of foraging. Instead of grinding down the ingredients into a pelleted form, the ingredients in Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries are left mostly whole to give your bird the flavors and textures pelleted diets lack. And, unlike vitamin- and mineral-fortified seed mixes that lose their health benefits once the bird cracks open the seed, Nutri-Berries are made with hulled seeds and grains; each berry is then coated with essential vitamins and minerals to ensure that your bird receives balanced nutrition in each bite. Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries also have 30% pellets.
We use chelated minerals for better absorption and stabilized vitamins for better longevity, and we naturally preserve and flavor our foods. You can offer Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries as a main diet or as a favorite treat for your cockatiel, quaker parrot, lovebird, or parakeet. Drop them in your bird’s bowl, or crumble them up and sprinkle them in your bird’s foraging area.
Serve: - 10-12 Nutri-Berries at a time and continue to keep a fresh supply of food and water available at all times.
Serving tip: - Most birds will accept Nutri-Berries right away; however, if your bird does not initially eat the Nutri-Berries, crumble them and mix with the current diet until accepted. Nutri-berries, when fed as the main source of nutrition, should be as 80% of the total diet with the other 20% being fresh fruits, veggies, and nutritional treats.
